How to Use Coconut Oil as a Pre-Shampoo:

  1. If solid warm the coconut oil in hot water or heat in microwave for a few minutes until melted.
  2. Place a small amount into palm of the hand and distribute evenly throughout hair.
  3. Cover hair with plastic cap.
  4. leave in for 20 minutes to 45 minutes.
  5. Shampoo (use sulfate-free), condition, style.
