14 days of fasting Day 3
Today I am giving you all a brief update on my 14 days of fasting day 3 outcome. Well, the first 2 days were the hardest to overcome. I was exhausted, fatigued, and felt as if I was lacking food. But, I understand that these symptoms are my body adapting to change. Now, those symptoms have subsided a bit. I don’t have the urge to indulge in food. Better yet, my plant based smoothies keeps me going throughout the day. Also, drinking plenty water keeps me from eating those unwanted (may I say desiring) treats.
On The Other Hand
Such as in my previous post here. There are many ways to fast on a diet. Fasting can also be done by just eating on meal a day or eating your meals during a certain time period (such as an 8 hour window).
Now, I am waiting for my urge for sweet and salty end. Or, will it every end.
Well, I will just have to wait and see.
