Today, I needed I quick lunch that will help me get through the day. When looking for quick prep simple ingredients to put together I decided to slice up an avocado and a tomato. Next, I threw in some leftover black beans from last night to create a nice hearty filling healthy sandwich. This recipe is so quick and easy it will take less than 10 minutes to do!
Avocado Black Beans & Tomato Sammie
1 Avocado sliced
1 Tomato sliced
1 or 2 sliced toasted whole grain bread
Your favorite organic seasoning blend.
This recipe can also be made into a take on the go wrap! All you need is 1 burrito size tortilla!
(No need to cook the canned black beans just add your favorite seasoning)
Take several slices of the avocado and tomato, place on top of toasted bread. Then pile the black beans on top, sprinkle with your favorite seasoning and Enjoy! That is it!
